Abstract
Chronic kidney disease causes the kidneys to lose their ability to filter blood, concentrate urine, eliminate waste materials, and maintains electrolyte balance and resulted lead to end-stage renal disease (ESRD). ESRD significantly effect on the kidney function, which is insufficient to sustain life. Because of this, the vast majority of people who have end-stage renal disease (ESRD) will need some kind of renal replacement therapy, such as hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, or kidney transplantation. The main aim of this study is to identify the nutritional assessment and dietary modification impact on end stage renal disease (ESRD) patients on haemodialysis. Experimental Research Design was applied and a total of 50 respondents were chosen for the study using a convenient sampling technique. Simple percentage analysis and SPSS was used for analysis. Study concluded that P value is value is less than 0.05 the null hypothesis is rejected at 5% level with regards to Malnutrition Inflammation Score. Hence there is significant difference between dietary prescriptions with regard to Malnutrition Inflammation Score. Additional investigate is required on dietary adherence in entities with ESKD from dissimilar social, educational, economic, and ethnic clusters.
