Abstract

This study has provided a comprehensive analysis of the complications that may lead to admission to the critical care unit after surgical hysteroscopy. The study emphasized the infrequency of severe complications such as bleeding, sepsis, fluid overload, and uterine perforation, while acknowledging the significant hazards they present to patient safety and clinical outcomes, based on a comprehensive evaluation of accessible information. The findings highlight the importance of early detection, precise diagnosis, and prompt intervention in decreasing morbidity and improving recovery rates. The investigation underscores the imperative for continuous attention among healthcare workers and advocates for future research to focus on the formulation of standardized protocols and preventive interventions to enhance patient safety. This systematic study improves understanding of the clinical consequences of problems associated with surgical hysteroscopy and supports ongoing efforts to optimize service quality and patient outcomes in gynecological practice.
