Abstract
Effective healthcare management in dental hospitals is essential for delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring safety. This study explores strategies to improve coordination between dental technicians and nurses, focusing on optimizing workflow, communication, and task delegation. Poor coordination between these roles can lead to errors, delays, and compromised patient outcomes. By implementing structured communication protocols, leveraging digital tools, and providing interprofessional training, dental hospitals can enhance collaboration. The study highlights case analyses and best practices that demonstrate improved patient safety, efficiency, and satisfaction. These findings emphasize the critical role of cohesive team dynamics in fostering a safe and efficient environment for dental care delivery.
