Abstract

Digital health technologies have revolutionized healthcare practices, providing creative solutions to improve patient care, streamline processes, and enhance communication between healthcare providers and patients. This study seeks to explore the effects of digital health technologies on healthcare practices, with a focus on patient care, provider workflows, and overall healthcare delivery. Through examining the viewpoints of healthcare providers and patients, the study aims to uncover the advantages, obstacles, and possibilities linked to incorporating these technologies in healthcare environments. The research aims to explore important aspects regarding the influence of digital health technologies in the healthcare sector, such as how healthcare providers view them, patient feedback, advantages and obstacles in implementation, improved communication, and potential for improvement. We used a survey-based method to collect data from a wide range of participants, such as healthcare professionals, patients, and technology experts. The study findings showed a unanimous agreement among participants about the promising impact of digital health technologies on revolutionizing healthcare delivery and enhancing patient outcomes. High average scores and significant results across most statements showed widespread consensus on the advantages of digital solutions, including better access to healthcare services, improved communication between patients and providers, and increased efficiency in healthcare delivery. According to the study results, various suggestions were made to maximize the use of digital health technologies in healthcare. The suggestions emphasized the significance of ongoing education and training for healthcare professionals and patients, the smooth incorporation of digital solutions into healthcare workflows, promoting increased patient engagement through digital tools, and backing research and innovation in digital health technologies. The study highlights the increasing acceptance and recognition of digital health technologies as valuable tools in improving healthcare practices and patient care. By following the suggestions provided in the study, stakeholders can leverage digital health technologies to establish a more efficient, patient-centered, and technology-driven healthcare system.
