STUDY OF PTERIDOPHYTIC BIODIVERSITY OF BHAINSRORGARH WILDLIFE SANCTUARY OF RAJASTHAN-INDIA

Abstract
A comprehensive survey was undertaken in the Rajasthani Bhainsrorgarh Wildlife Sanctuary to identify pteridophytic taxa. Within this protected area, a total of 13 pteridophyte species were documented, including Hook, Ophioglossum petiolatum, Ophioglossum reticulatum, Ophioglossum gramium, Ophioglossum cotatum, Ophioglossum nudicaule, Isoetes tuberculate, Adiantum capillus-veneris, Adiantum philippense, Actiniopteris radiate, Pteris vittata, Adiantum caudatum, Azolla pinnata, and Adiantum capillus-veneris. This paper provides detailed information on the morphology, field notes, locations, distribution, and habitats of these pteridophyte species observed in the Bhainsrorgarh Wildlife Sanctuary area.
