Abstract

This study aimed to investigate how workforce demands impact the performance of healthcare facilities in Saudi Arabia. The study aimed to determine the requirements necessary for state hospital staff in the Taeef Region of Saudi Arabia to perform their duties effectively. This study employed quantitative cross-sectional research methodology. The survey included individuals residing in the Taeef region of Saudi Arabia who were employed in the healthcare sector. The group consisted of 375 healthcare workers in the Taeef Region of Saudi Arabia. A structured questionnaire was distributed using the convenience sampling method. Nine out of 10 respondents answered the question. 375 questionnaires that were completed correctly were utilised in the study. The study employed both observational and inferential analysis techniques. The survey reported that the workers performed at a satisfactory level on the job. A significant correlation was discovered between the job responsibilities and employees' job performance. To ensure outstanding achievement, distinct guidelines are used to each work according to its specific requirements. The study only focused on the Taeef area at this time. The results could be beneficial in other locations as well. The study should be replicated with the same variables in several regions of Saudi Arabia to determine its generalizability. Similarly, the sample size was small. In the future, experts may consider enlarging it.
