Abstract
Drug addiction recovery is a difficult process with many facets that includes social, psychological, and biological components. Although social variables have long been recognized as having an impact on addiction and drug use disorders, more research is needed to determine how exactly these aspects affect the recovery process. This essay will evaluate pertinent research and explore the implications of the findings in order to investigate the role that social variables play in drug addiction rehabilitation. Moreover, it emphasizes the necessity of all-encompassing therapies that tackle socioeconomic variables in order to improve the chances of good recovery outcomes. The results highlight the significance of social support systems, community engagement, and stigma reduction as critical elements in fostering long-term rehabilitation. By comprehending and incorporating social variables into the rehabilitation and treatment of addiction Policies, healthcare providers, and programs may all help develop more long-lasting and successful strategies for helping people kick drug addiction.
