Abstract
Starting off The healthcare industry in Saudi Arabia is undergoing rapid transformation due to the country's National Transformation Programme. This is a component of Saudi Arabia's long-term plan, Vision 2030. Lack of nursing schools, an unstable job market, a shortage of nurses in rural areas, gender inequality, and other issues plague human resources for health (HRH) in the nursing profession.
